Kirk Ayzenberg
President and CEO
Kirk Ayzenberg is a mortgage industry executive and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience spanning loan origination, mortgage lending, capital markets, and whole loan acquisitions. Kirk began his mortgage career at the age of 16 as a mortgage telemarketer. Demonstrating an early aptitude for the business, he was promoted to Loan Originator at just 17 years old. Recognizing the opportunities within the mortgage industry, he chose to forgo college and instead dedicate himself full-time to building his career. After gaining experience in mortgage origination and operations, Kirk launched and managed his own branch of a mortgage lending company, serving as Branch Manager and overseeing production, operations, and business development. In 2022, Kirk founded Nextres, a private mortgage lender specializing in residential transition loans for real estate investors. As Founder and CEO, he continues to lead the company’s strategic growth, focusing on innovative lending solutions, operational excellence, and capital markets execution.
Lisa Frank
Chief Legal Officer
Lisa oversees all legal, regulatory, and compliance functions across Nextres’s 50-state lending footprint. She ensures the firm operates cleanly in every jurisdiction and protects both borrowers and the business at every transaction.
Tony Margve
Director of Operations
Tony Margve is Director of Operations for Nextres, responsible for day-to-day execution and long-term operational scalability. He previously built and led table funding and warehouse lending at Toorak Capital Partners, following vice president roles at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Wells Fargo. He holds a B.A. in Economics and an MBA from Johns Hopkins.
Cathy Mollet
Vice President of Underwriting
With more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Cathy Mollet is an accomplished underwriting and operations professional with extensive expertise in residential lending, credit analysis, risk management, and team leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Underwriting at Nextres, LLC, Cathy oversees underwriting operations, develops and mentors geographically diverse teams, and ensures adherence to evolving credit policies, regulatory requirements, and market standards. Cathy has held increasingly responsible roles encompassing underwriting, processing, operations, quality control, employee development, and client service. Cathy brings strong expertise across several lending products that include Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM and RTL.
Coleen McNicholas
Senior Vice President of Operations
A goal-oriented, team player, who comes with over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, specifically mortgage origination, pipeline management, processing, and servicing. Dedicated to growing a team of high performing professionals, while providing top-notch customer service and operational excellence.
Carly Crocker
Director of Human Resources
Carly Crocker currently serves as Director of Human Resources at Nextres , LLC, where she oversees talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy. She brings expertise in payroll processing, hiring, and human resource development, with proficiency in ADP systems. Based in the Greater Philadelphia area, Carly takes a hands-on, people-first approach to building compliant, high-functioning HR operations.
Kylie Prater
VP of Marketing
Kylie Prater has been working in marketing since 2019 and has been with the Nextres team since the very beginning - helping build the company's brand and supporting its growth from the ground up. Over the years, she has gained experience in branding, marketing strategy, and creating content that connects with people and drives results. She is passionate about what she does and enjoys collaborating with her coworkers to bring new ideas to life and contribute to the team's success. Outside of work, Kylie enjoys spending lots of time with her family, going to the beach and traveling whenever she can.
Christina Fry
Operations Supervisor
Christina is a mortgage industry professional with over six years of experience spanning underwriting, loan processing, appraisals, and operational leadership. Currently serving as Operations Supervisor at Nextres, LLC, She oversees day-to-day operational workflows, including Closing/Funding, Relationship Management, and Non-QM Underwriting. Her background gives her a comprehensive view of the mortgage lifecycle — from initial loan processing through underwriting, closing, and funding, to client relationship management and now operational oversight. This end-to-end experience allows her to bridge the gap between front-line loan operations and the broader business goals they support.

Mitchell Ayzenberg
EVP of Third-Party Lending
Mitchell graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor’s in Finance and a Minor in Real Estate in 2018. He has been in the mortgage industry since and prides himself on finding the right product or solution for every client. Fluent in English and Russian, Mitchell is dedicated to providing white-glove service and nurturing every relationship he’s fortunate enough to make.
Jacob Sherman
VP of Third-Party Lending
Jacob Sherman brings 10+ years of experience in real estate, banking, and mortgages. A Fox School of Business (Temple University) graduate, Jacob has dedicated his career to helping clients achieve their real estate investment goals. He is known for exceptional service, attention to detail, and creative solutions for even the most complex financing situations.
Bill Koder
Senior Account Executive
Bill Koder is a Senior Account Executive at Nextres, specializing in private money lending for real estate investors nationwide including purchases, refinances, fix & flips, buy & holds, and acquisitions, Bill brings nearly 13 years of industry experience helping investors secure the financing they need to grow their portfolios.
